Tumbling

Tumbling classes are offered for those students who wish to improve their tumbling skills while learning new ones in an organized, planned manner.  Comprised of former gymnasts, martial arts students and other active pre-adults this class is fun for anyone looking to get a good work-out, improve flexibility and learn new skills.

Floor and trampoline are the "tools of the trade" for these classes as students begin each session with a planned warm-up and stretching period.  Each student is pushed to his/her own personal bests as, together, we improve flexibility and strength.  Front and back tumbling passes, cartwheels, forward and backward rolls, handstands and other more advanced skills are introduced as students are mentally ready and physically able to perform them.

Typical of all our classes, class size is limited, usually to 8 or fewer students per class.
