Northwest Gymnastics Training Center is proud to announce the dates for the 2009 Summer Gymnastics Camps.  Sign your son – daughter up for all the fun and professional instruction before the limited spaces fill-up!

It all happens Monday, June 22 through Thursday, June 25 at NGTC.  The Gresham gymnastics camps serving Portland and all of East County will begin daily at 9am and conclude at 1pm.   It is open to all boys and girls and will enhance either your childs recreational enjoyment of the sport, or their competitive skills for those currently on a team/preteam or hoping to one-day compete.

The cost of the 4-day gymnastics skills camp is less than many comparable events, and is sure to leave your child with a tremendous jump-start on his/her gymnastics skills.  The specialized instruction is designed to improve your childs confidence, enhance his/her strength and conditioning, and greatly enhance his/her ability by fine tuning those skills that make a big difference to their friends, family and maybe even judges!  

Led by one of the top gymnastics coaches in the region and her fine staff, the camp will include:

Bars Work and Skill Stations

Balance Beam Stations and Routines (work)

Floor Skills designed to sharpen skills and enhance flare!

Goal Setting
