Following USA Gymanstics guidelines for skill level determinations and utilizing our own custom curriculum, your daughter will not miss a beat as she builds strength, flexibility, skills, and confidence.

Gazelle classes
All NGTC rec. gymnasts start in this 1 hour class. As our intro. to gymnastics class, gymnasts will learn the very basics, including terminology and basic gymnastics shapes and body positions.
Giraffe classes
This 1 hour class is for our level 1 gymnasts. Giraffe classes continue to learn the basics of gymnastics while moving into more skills.
fox classes
Gymnasts will move into the 1 hour fox class to focus on 1 or 2 skills she needs to move to level 2.
Zebra classes
Our 1 hour level 2 classes focus on more advanced skills, shapes, and terminology.
Winter wonderland rec meet
The perfect opportunity for your gymnast to show off her skills.
